Made from a soft and spongy, medical-grade silicone gel, and with a unique 'knuckle' shape design, it is easy to find a comfortable position for these spacers between your toes. There is no wrong or right way to position these toe spacers. Use any or all of the separate toe spacers in any custom combination for your unique feet, depending on your own toes and toe spaces/gaps or conditions - however feels most comfortable & soothing to you

Care & Use:

• Freestyle Feet Toe Spacers should be hand-washed with warm water and a mild soap or detergent
  
• Wear your Toe Spacers regularly, preferably daily, as often as comfort and convenience permits
• Can be worn barefoot, or with socks which will aid keeping them in place
• Easily & safely worn for extended periods whilst stationary. Not recommended for overnight use
• Can be used with any appropriate footwear that accommodate spread toes
